This apartment which is in excellent state is very cozy and includes all the comfort you need to spend a nice stay. When coming into the apartment, you have direct access to the living room, which is very roomy and luminous since it has a large window.

The sofa is really comfortable, and after a hard day of work or after walking through Buenos Aires, it’s really pleasant to sit there and relax watching a movie on cable or DVD player. The kitchen is independent and it’s perfectly equipped so as you can invite your friends and prepare everything you want. It has a little table to have a fast breakfast during the morning.

The living room has a table big enough to have lunch or dinner. The apartment has a large bedroom with built-in wardrobe. On the same side, you’ll find the bathroom, which contains a bathtub, what is very comfortable. A good option in Belgrano.

Area: The apartment is well located in Belgrano’s neighbourhood, close to Las Cañitas: one of the quietest residential areas of the city. It’s close to the racecourse and golf course. You can go to the downtown easily with the many buses that stop near the apartment, or with the D subway.
