You can cook everything you wish because it contains all type of kitchen gadgets, while talking to the person sat in one of the two sofas that the living room has.

One of these sofas can be used as sofa-bed. Then, you could rent an apartment for three persons: three friends, or a couple and their child. The living room has access to a courtyard, ideal for hanging on clothes or drinking coffee during the morning.
