It is considered one of the newest neighborhoods in the city, it was baptized with the name of Ciudad Feliz, and although this was changed, always characterized as a quiet, friendly, beautiful neighborhood, and much loved by its inhabitants and neighbors. It is considered a true community, since most of those who live out of their way to preserve their traditions. Its current name is because it was "the villa" Grand Park West or Fifth of Agronomy.
