City Guide > Restaurants

The influence of Italian and Spanish immigrants in Buenos Aires’ gastronomy is very strong and is present in bars, cafés and pizzerias spread throughout the city. Meat is one of the country’s gastronomic passions and many City Centre restaurants have a “parrilla” (barbecue) and serve different cuts of the traditional “asado” (meat cooked in a barbecue).

International, Argentine and ethnic cooking can be found in various spots where Buenos Aires’ gastronomic activity is concentrated.

Alojargentina suggests a great variety of restaurants where you may taste typical dishes, be it national, ethnic or international.
