Apartments. Reservation and Cancellation Policy.
1- RESERVATION CONDITIONS
To make a reservation you shall be at least 18 years old.
You guarantee us you are financially responsible for the payment
of services contracted through us.
You may start your reservation request through the reservation
application form or by phone or by e-mail.
To process your request, we need you to contact us no later
than 72 working hours prior to your check-in date.
Our commitment is to contact you within the next 48/72 hours
to supply relevant information, availability and prices.
Reservations are made by payment of 20% of the stay, through
our services of money transference, cash payment in our offices
or bank deposit*. (*only for Argentine residents)
ALOJARGENTINA’s commission shall be paid
on signing the contract. Our fees may vary depending on the
kind of reservation, property and existing promotions.
2- MEANS OF PAYMENT
Payment of rent and ALOJARGENTINA’s fees
shall be made solely in cash, in US dollars or/and in Euros,
while the guarantee deposit can also be made in traveller checks.
The tenant shall make a guarantee deposit, the amount of which
varies in relationship to the duration of his stay and category
of apartment reserved.
This shall be paid in cash or traveller checks. In all cases,
the deposit shall be reimbursed once the stay has finished.
If there are damages, the tenant shall pay them in accordance
with the cost set forth in the inventory.
3- PARTICULAR CONDITIONS ALOJARGENTINA commits to providing the promised
service quality and excellence. For such purposes, the 365 days
of the year, regardless of day or time, a Staff member will
welcome you on arrival, assist you during your stay and see
you off when you depart.
We do not set a check in or check out time, understanding that
this benefit is for your satisfaction and comfort.
It will be necessary to have certain information, such as the
names and ages of all the people that will stay in a facility.
Accommodating more guests in the facilities than what was previously
established in the contract is sufficient reason for eviction.
Home owners and ALOJARGENTINA reserve the right
to refuse admission.
If the guest finds any kind of inconvenience or fault in the
facilities’ functioning, he should inform ALOJARGENTINA
as soon as possible. The company will do its best to solve the
problem.
-Unless otherwise provided, the rent includes all the property’s
services and taxes. (The Property’s Common Expenses, Taxes,
Light, Gas, Telephone, Water and Cable Bills). The stay, guarantee
deposit and full commission are paid on your arrival to the
apartment.
All the apartments have been previously selected by the company’s
personnel.
All of them are fully furnished and equipped with full tableware
and linen.
Most of the apartments listed in this site may be reserved for
a minimum stay of 1 week. Whenever there is a daily rate stated,
there is a minimum 5 day stay.
The maximum stay shall be of 6 months (in accordance with applicable
legislation in force) with the possibility of renewing the contract
for 6 months more.
ALOJARGENTINA is in charge of all the reservation
procedures for a specified property for the period stated by
the guest. Should there be an unforeseen event in the property
prior to your arrival that make your stay there impossible,
ALOJARGENTINA proposes relocating you to another
apartment of similar characteristics and amenities, available
at the time of your trip.
On the guest’s arrival, at the time previously agreed
on by both parties, an ALOJARGENTINA representative
shall welcome you in the rented property where he will show
you how facilities are used. He will also provide useful information
on the zone of residence (nearby tourist spots, means of transportation,
restaurants, etc.).
At that time, the rent contract and attached inventory will
be signed and you shall pay the rest of your stay plus the corresponding
guarantee deposit. The guest will be given the apartment keys
and will agree with the ALOJARGENTINA representative
on the time to leave the apartment (check out).
In some cases, as indicated on the site, listed prices include
maid service with the stated frequency for each case. Including
this cleaning service in the rent price does not release the
guest from the obligation of leaving the apartment in the same
state of cleanliness that it was received.
Most of the apartments listed on this site have one of the following
telephone systems: 1) Control Line: this is a telephone service
offered by local telephone companies including a limited credit
for making local calls. Apartments offering this service include
its cost in the rent price.
To call cellular phones, long distance or international calls
and/or to extend the credit for local calls, the guest should
proceed to buy pre-paid telephone cards. 2) Line Zero: This is a telephonic service
that allows you to make any kind of calls through pre-paid telephone
cards. Like the previous option, it also allows you to receive
any kind of calls.
In some cases, the apartment’s rent price does not include
telephone expenses. Therefore, prior telephone expenses will
be calculated before check-in, in order to verify the amount
payable by the guest at check-out.
At the time of the apartment’s check-out, the guest returns
the property’s keys and gets his guarantee deposit back,
after checking the corresponding inventory and the apartment’s
general state.
4- CANCELLATION POLICY
If the guest needs to cancel the reservation, the money paid
is not refundable, unless cancellation was made with an advance
of 30 days in which case 80% of the amount paid in concept of
reservation minus the costs associated with sending of the money
will be refund.
The money paid as rent is not refundable. If the guest wants
to shorten his stay, the payment made cannot be refunded as
it is considered to be a compensation for the owner on account
of contract breach.
5- STAY EXTENSION Temporary rent contracts cannot be extended. They
have a commencement and an expiration date, therefore, should
the guest want to extend his stay in the rented property, he
shall inform this to ALOJARGENTINA immediately
to make sure that this is not reserved by another guest.
Said extension implies signing a new contract for the new agreed
on period, it is subject to availability and variations that
prices may have suffered.
6- INSURANCE
We strongly recommended that as time of your booking, you supply
yourself/customer with insurance policy in your country to cover
cancellation charges, luggage claim, medical expenses, accident
and others.
Using our site /service, implies that you accept and subject
yourself to all the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Reservation
Conditions and Cancellation Policies. Should you not agree with
these, please, refrain from using our site.
