Packages. Reservation and Cancellation Policy.
1- RESERVATION CONDITIONS To make a reservation you shall be at least 18 years
old.
You guarantee us you are financially responsible for the payment
of services contracted through us.
You may start your reservation request through the reservation
application form or by phone or by e-mail.
To process your request, we need you to contact us no later
than 72 working hours prior to your check-in date.
Our commitment is to contact you within the next 48/72 hours
to supply relevant information, availability and prices.
Reservations SHALL ONLY BE CONFIRMED by making the stated
advance payment and/or full payment depending on the case.
When we make a proposal, you will be informed of the accepted
means of payment and particular reservation conditions for
each package requested.
ALOJARGENTINA cannot guarantee service availability
before the reservation is confirmed.
The present rates and conditions may vary without previous
notice and are subject to availability.
2- MEANS OF PAYMENT All advance payments shall be made in cash. No more
than 30% of the full payment may be made with a valid credit
card. Full payment or no less than 70% shall be paid in cash
and in advance. In some cases, some operators require full
payment in cash and, in most cases, promotions are valid only
in cash payments.
3- PARTICULAR CONDITIONS
Some tourist operators have specific policies and rates for
some holiday periods. The company acts only as an intermediary
agent for passengers. Its function lies in bringing together
services provided by airlines, hotels, operators and any other
independent firm.
ALOJARGENTINA reserves the right to refuse
admission to any member of any tour or Tourist Programme or
to cancel or change a tour or Tourist Programme, if under the
circumstances it is deemed necessary. Acceptance of fares, tickets
and/or vouchers shall be construed as agreeing to the above-mentioned
conditions.
4- CANCELLATION POLICY
If the guest needs to cancel the reservation, the money paid
is not refundable. There is no refund whatsoever for portions
of unused programmed Tours, hotel stays, air plane tickets,
etc.
5- INSURANCE
We strongly recommended that as time of your booking, you
supply yourself/ customer with insurance policy in your country
to cover cancellation charges, luggage claim, medical expenses,
accident and others.
Using our site /service, implies that you accept and subject
yourself to all the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy,
Reservation Conditions and Cancellation Policies. Should you
not agree with these, please, refrain from using our site.
