1.1 The following reservation conditions are, as their main purpose, to regulate the business relationship between the customer and Alojargentina during the rental period of the apartments chosen by the customer.
1.2 To make a reservation, you must have reached the age of majority in your country of residence. You will guarantee to be financially responsible for the payment of all the services hired through us.
1.3 You may start your reservation request through the reservation application form by e-mail, by phone or through the Web.
1.4 To process your request we need you to contact us not later than 72 hours prior your check-in date.
1.5 Our commitment is to contact you within 48/72 hours to provide you with relevant information, availability and prices.
The contract will be set at the time Alojargentina receives this present contract (to do that, you need to select the option located at the end of this document
saying I DO AGREE THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS) and the correspondent payment of the reservation fee which can be paid either by credit card or a bank deposit (in case you choose this option, you will have to send us the receipt)
3.1 The rental price specified on the reply e mail that the customer receives is the final price for the whole rental period. This price includes the in and out cleaning service as well as the services of the apartment ( water, power, expenses, local phone and cable service and), unless that the e mail that we send you says something different about that.
3.2 Reservations are only made upon 20% payment of your stay, either through Vansur Corporation s online reservation service by debit from your Visa, Master Card or American Express credit card or bank deposit. The total amount of the rent , as well as the deposit have to be paid in the moment of the check in.
3.3 ALOJARGENTINA ´s commission shall be paid on signing the contract. Our fees may vary depending on the kind of reservation, property and existing promotions.
3.4 The customer will pay the total amount of the rent according to the conditions established on the Reservation Confirmation form. In case of monthly lease, the pay of the rent will have to be
4.1 When the customer arrives to the apartment, he has to pay a security deposit according to the terms and conditions agreed on the Reservation Confirmation. Alojargentina will refund it at the moment of the check out. If the customer causes damages in the property, Alojargentina will be authorized to keep the security deposit, and also to claim for bigger damages
4.2 The tennant shall make a guarantee deposit, the amount of which varies in relationship to the duration of his stay has finished. This shall be paid in cash or traveller checks. In all cases, the deposit shall be reimbursed once the stay has finished.
If there are damages, the tenant shall pay them in accordance with the cost set forth in the inventory.
The contract length established on this present document by means of the check in date, or arrival date, and the check out date or departure date. When the lease is for more than one month, it s possible to renew the contract monthly, but for a period no longer than 6 months. If that is the case the contract will be automatically renewed unless one of the parts decides to cancel it by a written notice seven days before the beginning of the month.
In case monthly lease the tenant has the right to cancel the lease by a written notice to Alojargentina, by fax or certificate letter. The resignation will be valid only when Alojargentina receives that written notice.
If the cancellation process occurs before the rental period, Alojargentina will have the right to keep the reservation amount. However if the rental period occurs during the rental period, Alojargentina will have the right to keep the total amount of the rent for that month.
Most of the apartments on the website can be booked for no less than a week. On those apartments where a daily rate is posted, a five days stay is allowed. However, the maximum stay will be for six months (in accordance to the applicable legislation in force) with the possibility of renewing the contract for 6 more months.
Alojargentina has the right to change the apartment for a different one with the same conditions or better when there is a situation beyond our control and we can not guaranteed the customer the access to the apartment. If the customer disagrees, Alojargentina will refund the rental amount, no extra amount included.
An Alojargentina representative will receive the customer in the apartment at the date and time previously agreed on both parties. The customer must let us know immediately in case of a delay. When the check in or check out time is set for after working hours or holiday days in our country as well as any unjustified delay will have an extra charge of U$D20.
Likewise we inform you that in Christmas and New Year (which are December 24th and 25th as well on December 31st and January 1st) all entry and exit will have an additional cost of USD50.
When the representative gives the keys to the apartment, and also a brief document with the general conditions and the inventory attached to the contract. The customer will have to sign it in and have the right to add any comment.
The customer will not be able to logde more people that is established on the lease and in the Reservation Confirmation. In case the top limit capacity is exceed, the customer will have to pay an extra fee of 30% of the total rental for each extra person staying in the apartment.
The customer is responsible for the correct use of the property. And he will have to avoid and action that may cause damage either on the property or on the building or neighbours.
The customer will have to give back the keys of the apartment at the moment of the check out previously agreed with the Alojargentina representative.
The customer will not be able to make any copy of the keys or give it to any strange. He will also not be able to reveal any relevant information or codes to access the property. For any lost key or broken lock as well as any damage that wont allowed him to access the property, he will have to pay for the lock and 4 new key sets.
The customer has to follow the security policies during his stay in the apartment. In the case this rules are broken he will be responsible for all the damages caused either in the property or building.
We strongly recommend the customer to hire a travel and medical insurance during his stay. Alojargentina will not be responsible of any luggage lost or personal stuff in the apartment.
Alojargentina representative or any person authorized by our company will have the right to access the apartment for any kind of repair or maintenance task. The will be informed about this, except in an emergency case.
Only with a written authorization by Alojargentina pets will be allow in the apartment. Otherwise they are not allowed. In case that this rule is not followed the costumer will have to pay a fee or leave the apartment (this is up to the case).
Alojargentina is not responsible for any interruption of services in the apartment (power, water, Internet or cable services) beyond our control.
Alojargentina will have the right to cancel the contract by a written notice or fax to the customer on these following situations:
When the customer will not make the payment of the reservation or the whole amount of the rent on time.
When the customer will not pay the remaining balance of the rent on time.
When the customer will not pay the deposit included on the Reservation Conditions on time.
If the customer behaves in a dangerous way that may cause damages on the property (check 8)
In cases B and C, Alojargentina will have the right to keep the amount paid in advance. This is stated in the Reservation Policies as well.
Alojargentina is not responsible for any robber that may occur in the property.
We strongly recommend the customer to hire a travel and medical insurance during his stay. Alojargentina will not be responsible of any luggage lost or personal stuff in the apartment.

Rent rates vary in accordance with the duration of the rental. For periods under a week, there is a minimum daily charge that is more per day than if you rent a phone for 7-days.
The daily charge is credited in airtime (both for incoming and outgoing calls) so it may be construed that there is no "ACTUAL rent" rate.
Incoming calls always have the same cost, while the cost of outgoing calls varies according to the destination.
The cellular phone has no insurance. In case of loss, the customer shall pay the replacement cost.
Reservations will be taken once availability has been confirmed. The optimum time to request the service is no later than 72 hours prior to the passenger’s arrival, if you send a request in advance, at least 3 working days before your arrival your telephone number can be given to you when making the reservation.
The cellular phone is delivered in the specified place, every day (working days, week-ends and holidays). At the time of delivering the cellular phone, the customer must sign the service contract.
Once the reservation has been made and if the customer is not satisfied with the service before signing the contract, he will have to pay a minimum travel charge of $10 or $15.
We strongly recommended that as time of your booking, you supply yourself/customer with insurance policy in your country to cover cancellation charges, luggage claim, medical expenses, accident and others.

To rent a car, you must hold a valid credit card (Amex, Visa or Master). This card will guarantee the reservation.

Rent rates vary in accordance with the rental term, car category and mileage fees.
If you rent a car at an airport, you should add a 10% airport tax to the rate.
Rates include coverage with deductible in case of accident, theft or robbery.
Minimal rental period is 24 hours.
You have to present a valid driving license from your country of residence when picking up the car, in addition to your passport if the license has no photograph. An international driving license shall be valid if shown together with the license from your country of origin.
Reservations are confirmed by car category and not by car model. If there is a confirmed reservation for a category that is not available, we shall substitute it for a higher category car. In case of robbery, theft, fire or collision, the contract shall be terminated upon delivery of the corresponding police report.
The credit card must have sufficient credit to cover the rent and guarantee.
To cancel your reservation, you shall contact us no later than 72 working hours prior to the rental pickup date. On holidays and long weekends will be charge an amount in concept of cancellation.
